A Little about Me
Hi, I’m Mary Beth!
I was born in Illinois and raised in the heart of West Tennessee. After college, I moved to Murfreesboro, TN, where I earned my Master’s degree in Computer Science.
Life has since blessed me with 28 wonderful years of marriage, three amazing children, and three grandsons!
Healing has always been a part of who I am. I come from a family of healers and teachers, and this legacy has profoundly shaped my life and passion for helping others.
Now that my children are grown, I’ve embraced the opportunity to fully dedicate myself to what I truly love—empowering others to reach their fullest potential and live their best lives.
Every step of my journey has brought me to this moment, and I am honored to use my gifts to guide and support others on their own paths to healing and transformation.
Mary Beth Ada is a lifelong healer with a passion for empowering others to reach their full potential, drawing from her rich family heritage of healers and teachers.

Mission & Vision
As an Intentional Parenting Mentor, my vision is to help women evolve their families by healing the emotional and energetic imprints of generational trauma. I combine intuitive guidance, frequency-based healing, and emotional decoding to help mothers uncover the roots of repeating patterns—so they can raise their children with clarity, presence, and grace.
I believe that when a woman chooses to do this work, she doesn’t just heal herself—she transforms her lineage, past and future. Together, we create homes that are grounded in love, aligned with truth, and built for the kind of peace our children can feel in their bones.
Beyond Healing: A Glimpse Into My World
Outside of my passion for therapy and healing, I’m a proud wife, mom, and grandmother. I love spending my free time getting lost in a good book, enjoying a fun game of pickleball, or exploring the beauty of nature on a hike.
These moments bring me joy and balance, inspiring me to help others find the same in their own lives.
